Windows
Internet Explorer:
1. From the Tools menu, select Manage Add-ons.
2. Select the Toolbars and Extensions tab and make sure the Java Plug-in is enabled.
Firefox:
1. From the Tools menu, select Add-ons.
2. Select the Plugins tab and make sure Java Platform is enabled.
If the Disable button appears, Java is enabled.
Chrome:
1. Type chrome://plugins in the web address text box of the Chrome browser.
2. Make sure that Java is enabled.
If the Disable link appears, Java is enabled.
Mac
Safari:
1. From the Safari menu, select Preferences.
2. Select the Security tab and make sure Enable Java is checked.
Firefox:
1. From the Tools menu, select Add-ons.
2. Select the Plugins tab and make sure the Java Plug-In is enabled.
Chrome:
1. Type chrome://plugins in the web address box of the Chrome browser.
2. Make sure that Java is enabled.
If the Disable link appears, Java is enabled.
